For your piece of mind, we offer the following guarantees on our products and workmanship:
A 10-year guarantee gives long-term security

The guarantee includes: –

1.  Any possible damage that does not arise through improper use. For you, this means that we will deliver a replacement
part to you door within a  maximum of five weeks.

The guarantee excludes: –

1.  Damage for which you are to blame. Ie: the effects of external force or water damage.

Quality is assured by our own production!

Your cupboard is produced exclusively by ourselves; in a traditional way in West London Only in this way can we be truly
certain of how good your cupboard really is. And if something should happen?

Simply contact us in writing, by telephone or e-mail. We will directly find a solution together with you. So that
everything runs more simply and quickly, it’s best if you attach a photo. In that way, we see straight away what needs
to be done!

Certificate of Guarantee – Sliding Wardrobes

1.  Sliding systems are equipped with bottom mounted wheels to ensure  smooth and easy operation and carry a 10-year
rolling gear guarantee.

2.  Mirror silvering is guaranteed for 10 years from installation

3.  Workmanship guaranteed for 5 years following installation

We use 18mm high-density melamine face boards (MFC) for carcases and backing to ensure stronger construction for 15 to
20 years. But we can only guarantee structure for 10 years.

should arise, and then all enquiries will be dealt with promptly.
